Kasco Aerators are inexpensive and dependable and are the primary vertical pump aerator in domestic fish farming industry. They are also lightweight enough for a single person to move from one pond to another. All exposed metal is stainless steel and the motor shaft comes with a replaceable zinc anode, so they are salt water safe. They operate at depths of 15", 17 1/2" and 20" of water for the 1/2, 3/4 and 2 hp models, respectively and are ETL approved to UL and CSA standards. They are the most efficient aerator we offer with oxygen transfer rates up to 3.0 lbs/02/hp/hr and are available in 1/2 hp 120V 5 amp, 3/4 120V 6.7 amp, 3/4 hp 240V 3.35 amp and 2 hp 240V 11.5 amp sizes.

Kasco high oxygen transfer aerators provide the most economical value on the market today for raising and sustaining oxygen levels in a water body to maximize water quality and general fish health. Kasco Aerators are designed to transfer a high volume of water at very low cost. By breaking the liquid water into tiny drops, Kasco aerators expose more of the surface area of the water to the air for gaseous exchange. As a result, the the pond will be better able to sustain a healthy level of nourishing life which can lower sediment levels as well as the microscopic nutrients that might otherwise become food for undesirable life such as algae. The small crown of foaming water produced by the kasco aerator is a superb alternative to fountains in cases where the transfer of oxygen is more important than aesthetics. Some of the many uses of the aerator are: fish farms (for shock and ongoing aeration); ponds (for algae control and suppression of unpleasant odors in addition to thermal and chemical destratification); irrigation ponds; retention ponds; golf course ponds; wastewater treatment; and any situations that call for extensive oxygen transfer, portability, and cost.

Kasco Pond Aerators, or High Oxygen Transfer Aerators, are the maximum strength model for the company or individual seeking high levels of oxygen transfer, dissolved oxygen, and water transfer at an economical cost. Kasco Pond Aerators are an exceptional solution for a wide range of applications from commercial/industrial water treatment to eutrophic pond management. Aeration is a necessary component in any body of water for optimum health and Kasco Aerators are perfect for adding aeration to your own lake or pond.
